William S. Lukrafka passed away suddenly on January 19, 2019 at the age of 73. Bill was born in Birmingham, Alabama on November 23, 1945. He was a 34 year retiree from Inland Steel Company, East Chicago, IN, as section manager. Upon retiring, he and his wife, Denise, moved to Leisure World in Mesa, Arizona in 2002 for 17 wonderful years. Bill loved to golf and enjoyed the camaraderie of his golfing buddies. He also monitored in the wood shop among other volunteer activities. He was a protector and champion to his family. Bill is survived by his wife Denise, son William R. Lukrafka, and daughter Danielle (Dan) Lawson, grandchildren Luke, Quinn, Sloane, and Chase.
