Scott Michael Kos, 49, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on May 21, 2016. He was born at Westover AFB in Massachusetts. Mr. Kos, worked as an
Information Specialist at Insight in Arizona. Survivors include his parents, Michael E. Kos and Margaret “Peggy” Stewart; step-mother, Victoria Ann Kos; brother, David Kos; step-sisters, Denise Zacher and Lea Scipione. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 10:00 am at Mountain View Funeral Home, 7900 E. Main Street in Mesa.
