Robert L. Taylor Jr., 80, passed away in July 2020 in Apache Junction, Arizona. He was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee in March 1940. Robert shared a rich life with his loving family and friends which he was always so grateful for. Robert enjoyed basketball, baseball and track. He also loved building and flying radio control scale aircrafts, gardening, teaching and fixing things as well as spending time at the shooting range. Robert was devoted to the USAF for 27 years and 6 months and worked his way to Senior Master Sargent.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Dorothy and Robert L. Taylor of Chattanooga, TN; step-father, Luther T. Tittle of Chattanooga, TN; wife, Glenda F. Dickens of Tulia, TX.
He is survived by two wonderful sons, Jeff and Chris; a special daughter, Jackie; grandson, Justin; two wonderful great-granddaughters, Melanie and Chloe and a brother, Richard and his family.
