Jule Carretta of Mesa, AZ entered into eternal life on June 21, 2019. She was born Jule Audrey Curry in Queens, New York on October 9, 1933 to William and Florence (nee Groll) Curry.
After graduating from Flushing High School in 1952 and working in banking for a year, she married the boy next door, Louis Carretta, on July 26, 1953. She became a full time wife and mother of five and remained so for the next sixty years.
The family moved to Arizona in 1977. She is survived by her 4 remaining children…Susan A. Kenney, Gerrie Faas, John L. Carretta, and Donna M. Carretta, a sister, Jerrie Chunn of Hot Springs, Arkansas, several cousins and numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Louis in 2013, and by her youngest son, William J. Carretta in 1989. Services and burial were held on June 29, 2013 at Mountain View Funeral
