He is survived by his mother Peggy, father and stepmother Edmund and Christine, best friend and loving brother Edmund Jr., and his stepsister Laura. Joe was born on May 12, 1978 at Corona Circle City Hospital in California. As a young boy, his passions were R.C. cars, dirt bikes, and then Norco Junior Tackle Football where he became a force and a friend to many. Joe was All League, All Defense co-team Captain for the Norco High Cougars. He graduated with Honors in 1996. He went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with Physics Minor from Colorado State University. Joe was on his way to his dream life. He was: a radiant engaging smile, a powerful warm hug, a loving supporter, a first responder to his family and friends in need and a hero to his Mom, Dad, Brother and his adored nieces and nephew. We will forever love our Joey. The visitation for Joe will be Friday May 15, 2015 between 6:30-8:00 pm, the funeral will follow on Saturday May 16 at 10:00 am, all services at Mountain View Funeral Home Chapel, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ 85207 (480-832-2850).
