James L. Chapp, Sr., Aviation Electronics Technician US Navy Veteran, 75, passed away on Saturday, October 31, 2015 in Mesa, Arizona surrounded by his family. Born on February 11, 1940 in Virginia, Nebraska. He was preceded in death by his parents, Clement and Helen Chapp and his son, James Chapp, Jr. James is survived by his wife of 55 years, Judith; his brother William and children, Jeffrey, John, and Milissa. He also leaves behind 12 grandchildren and two great- grandchildren. A memorial service with military honors will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix at 2:00 pm. Mountain View Funeral Home is assisting the family.
