Cumi Belle Kirkman Obituary
Cumi Belle Kirkman of Phoenix, AZ passed away Monday April 18, 2016 in Phoenix. She was 95. Cumi was born July 25, 1920 in Manchester, TN to George & Anne (Tucker) Freeze. Mrs. Kirkman was bookkeeper by trade and had been a resident of Arizona for 35 years. Cumi was a fashionista who loved to shop and belonged to the I SHOPA LOTA & ALPHA DELTA OK Sororities. She enjoyed watching TV. Her favorite Shows were Fox News & Jeopardy-with Ken Jennings being her idol. She enjoyed playing golf, bingo & cards and loved travelling to Hawaii. Mrs. Kirkman was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years William Kirkman Sr., 2 daughters Violet Sanchez & Deborah Hayward. Cumi is survived by her son William (Heidi) Kirkman Jr., son-in-laws Al Sanchez & Richard Hayward. Grandchildren Ken Draves, Heather (Cynthia)Hayward, Linda (Tom) Baumbach, William Kirkman III, Brandon Kirkman, great-grandchildren Ashlyn Nedrow, Abigail Baumbach, Emma & Alec Bohman.
