Charles Gregory Wenzel Obituary

Charles Gregory Wenzel, “Greg,” 63 of Mesa, AZ passed away November 24, 2015. Greg was born October 2, 1952 in Phoenix at the Phoenix Osteopathic Hospital. He is survived by his wife Peggy; daughter, Dr. Ellen Wenzel husband Dr. Zarko Kajgana of Camas, WA; mother, Nellie Wenzel of Mesa; and brother, Douglas Wenzel of Lead Hill, AR. He is predeceased by his father, Harold Wenzel and brother, Thomas “Taegue” Wenzel. He attended Monte Vista and Emerson Elementary Schools and graduated from Phoenix Union High School. He was a Naval Veteran and served in Millington, TN and El Centro, CA. Greg worked at Earnhardt’s RV for almost 20 years. He owned his own insurance business, The Wenzel Agency, prior to retiring. Services are pending. The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
