Carolyn Mildred Eaton Hill was born 9/14/32 in Garfield Heights Ohio, near Cleveland.  She met her love, Cleveland Hill in high school when they were 16 years of age.  She graduated and went
on to St. Luke’s School of Nursing in Cleveland Ohio to begin her nursing education.  She and Cleve married 11/21/52 while Cleve was in the Navy during the Korean War and needed special permission from the school to be married. She graduated and passed her state boards in June 1953 and joined her husband in Texas.  She had two children – Michelle Lorraine Hill and Jeffrey Loren Hill.  She retired at 55 after a long career as a registered nurse and began winter visiting in Mesa Arizona and eventually lived here full time in 1995.  She and Cleve remained lifetime partners until our Lord took her 1/1/2020.

She is survived in death by her beloved husband of 67 years Cleve, her two children, daughter in law, 5 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and 2 more coming this new year.

Donations can be made to the Calvary Baptist Church Missions program which she was actively involved in.

    Carolyn was such an accomplished lady in so many ways. I can’t imagine how many people she blessed with the greeting cards she so faithfully sent out. My prayers and condolences to Cleve.
