With heavy hearts, we share that Zoran passed away on April 3, 2025, after bravely battling illness for several years.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ruzica and Dusan Ilic. He is survived by his wife, Lidija, of 36 years, and two wonderful daughters, Jovana and Ivana, who made him so proud and brought him strength, comfort, and joy until the very end. He also leaves his sister Olgica Popov and nephew Stefan along with numerous relatives, friends and kumovi.

Zoran lived a life full of laughter, and resilience. He leaves us all with beautiful memories together with family and friends from his hometown of Trstenik, Beograd, Schererville, Indianapolis, and Hot Springs. He cherished moments with family and friends, and he will be deeply missed.  Zoran will be laid to rest this Thursday, April 10, 2025.

Visitation will be from 9-10 АМ with the funeral service starting at 10 AM at St Sava Serbian Orthodox Church ( 4436 E McKinley St. Phoenix, AZ 85008 ). Following the funeral service, there will be a procession to Mountain View Cemetery for a graveside service.

We wish we had more time, but we are grateful for every moment and memory. You will always be in our hearts.
