Virginia D. (Skinner) Bennett, 91, of Mesa, Arizona; formerly of Northern Virginia and Orlando, West Virginia, passed away January 31, 2024 at Heritage Village Assisted Living community. She did not leave this earth without a fight. Fiercely independent, she lived her life by the Golden Rule of do unto others as you would have them do unto you.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Charles, and her parents and siblings. She leaves behind her daughters Robin and Charlene, granddaughter Erika and many nieces and nephews.

Virginia had requested no funeral. She will be cremated and interred with her husband at Mount Olive Cemetery, Hinkleville, Upshur County, West Virginia.
