Shirley Anne Lewis, of Mesa, passed away on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Banner Gateway Hospital surrounded by her family.

Born in Monte Vista, CO, Mrs. Lewis was daughter of the late, Howard Stevens and Carol Stevens of Monte Vista, CO.

Mrs. Lewis is survived by her sons: Howard Lewis, Michael Lewis (KC), Bryan Lewis (Karen); daughter: Teresa Fernandez; Grandchildren: Amanda Lewis, Ryanne Fernandez, Hunter Lewis, Jarred Lewis, Wyatt Lewis, Pryce Fernandez, and Bailey Jones (David); Great Grandchild: Walker Lewis.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Lewis is preceded in death by her husband: Floyd Aaron Lewis (married on July 18, 1964); son: Daniel Lewis; Brother: Richard Stevens.

A graveside service is scheduled for Wednesday, May 21 ^, 2025, at 11:00am at Florence Memorial Park, 300 Salazar Street, Florence, AZ.

The family is at their respective homes.
