Richard Kulok was born on 21 June 1938 in Daisytown, Pennsylvania and passed away peacefully at home on 26 May 2018.
When he was a young man he loved to hunt and fish, so living in the country was the perfect place to do that. He spent lots of time in the rivers and hills of Western Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He loved to play golf and became a single digit golf player. He even taught Lou how to play golf, even though it took 2 years. In the latter years when his back and legs gave out, he started creating things out of wood with a scroll saw. Probably one of you still have a Cross that he made and gave to you. He also started making rosaries that he sent to a Mission in Missouri who in turn sent them to the troops overseas. Because of his arthritis, he took to adult coloring and created some beautiful masterpieces.
Rich was a devout Catholic and a very proud member of the Knights of Columbus. Sir Knight Richard was a founding member of the Council 13779 and Assembly 3327. He served as the Grand Knight for the Council and the Faithful Navigator for the Assembly.
Rich is survived by his wife, Lou, of 38 years; his brother Denny Kulok; daughters Linda Kuenne, Lisa Kulok, Teri Manto and son Michael Spencer; his granddaughters, all of which he adored, Jessica Thompson, Nicole Albano, and Shannon Facca.
Rich will be greatly missed by his family and many friends.
