Patricia Sue Forsyth, 77, of Gold Canyon, AZ, was born to Hazel Echo Thom and Warren Forsyth in Portland, Oregon on August 4 ^th , 1944. She passed away at her home on May 12 ^th , 2022. Patricia grew up in Oregon along with her brother Tom. She earned a master's degree and served in the Peace Corps and worked for the Veterans Administration. She stayed in Oregon to be near her mom until she passed at the age of 99. Pat decided to come to sunny Arizona in June of 2021. She absolutely loved her poodles. She was the President of Poodle Club of America Foundation for many years. Pat made many friends over the years through this club. Patricia is survived by her brother Tom Forsyth (Janis); one niece Angie Forsyth, one nephew, Eric Forsyth; one great nephew Dominic Forsyth and her cousin Ross Gilchrist (Paula). Patricia will be going home to be forever safe in her final resting place with her parents at Crescent Grove Cemetery located at 9925 W. Greenburg Road, Tigard, Oregon 97223.
