Glen LeeRoy Booth, 74, of Apache Junction went home to be with the Lord on April 4, 2017. Glen was born in San Diego, California on November 7, 1942. He is preceded in death by his son, Thomas E. Booth and is survived by his loving wife, Donna L. Booth, daughter, Melissa Bruney, sons, Gregory J. Booth and Matthew V. Booth, sister, Jean Flower, brothers, Lewis Booth, Richard Booth, Franklin Booth, Roger Booth and Alan Booth.
Services for Glen will be held Monday April 10, 2017 at Mountain View Funeral Home and Cemetery, 7900 East Main Street, Mesa, Arizona 85207. Visitation will start at 2:00 p.m. with the funeral service immediately following at 3:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, Donna requests donations in Glen’s name to Hospice of the Valley or the Banner Alzheimer’s Foundation. The Banner Alzheimer’s Foundation is conducting amazing research.

They will set up a fund in his name and will notify us of who has made donations, but not the amount. They are doing cutting edge research in finding a treatment and are currently working on a study with results expected sometime this year. They have also provided seminar/classes for caregivers and information regarding all the areas of concern with this disease and how to cope. They send out monthly newsletters with information, all free of charge to families.
