Nancy Lee Deming, born January 12, 1942, passed away peacefully August 11, 2010. She was an inspiration to her family and friends and a beacon of hope, faith and strength to all whom knew and met her. Nancy and her family moved to Mesa, Arizona from Indiana in 1948. She was a devoted wife, and a loving mother to her children. Her mother Agnes Koebcke survives her. She is also survived by her husband James G. Deming, three children James Clarence Deming, Sandra Lee Deming Holliefield, John William Deming, daughter-in-law Nancy Deming, son-in-law Barry Holliefield, and three grandchildren: Sarah Holliefield, Emily Holliefield, and Lindsey Potter. Viewing will be held Sunday, August 15, at Mountain View Mortuary, 7900 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. A celebration of Nancy’s life will be held Monday, August 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the Mesa Palms Seventh Day Adventist Church, 6263 E. Thomas Rd. Mesa AZ 85215. Nancy will be laid to rest at the Mesa Cemetery, 1212 N. Center Street, Mesa, AZ following the funeral service. Memorial contributions can be made to the Mesa Palms Seventh Day Adventist Church.
