Mesa Caskets | Burial Caskets Mesa AZ

Metal caskets — including those made from bronze, copper, stainless steel and steel — are known for their unique finishes. Bronze and copper are among the most durable and beautiful of metals; both are naturally non-rusting. Stainless and carbon steel caskets come in a variety of grades, gauges, styles and finishes.

Bronze, a semi-precious material and an alloy of copper and either zinc or tin, is the strongest and longest lasting of any casket construction material. Bronze is resistant to corrosive elements, an important consideration in selecting a casket.

Copper is considered a precious metal, and evidence of its longevity rests in the original copper roofs and pipes which survive in the world’s great architectural gems. Copper also resists corrosion. It is one-third stronger than stainless steel and available in 32-ounce weight. Copper casket finishes are natural, brushed, or painted; finishes are applied by skilled artisans. This natural and precious metal expresses a remarkable life.

Stainless Steel continues to provide the greatest value to families.  Not only does it offer the quality and durability of copper and bronze for the price of standard steel, but it’s a product that families understand and value in their everyday life.

Steel Caskets

The long-lasting nature of metal combined with its affordability and performance make steel caskets one of the most popular selections. The range of colors—from respectful blues, browns, blacks, and grays to peaceful pastels in purples, pinks, and blues—makes each selection unique.  Two major classifications in casket product lines are 18-gauge steel and 20-gauge steel.

Hardwood caskets include a variety of species: mahogany, walnut, cherry, maple, oak, pecan, poplar and pine.  These caskets are the choice of families who appreciate and cherish the qualities of natural wood. The warmth, beauty and personality it brings to fine furniture ideally suits it for the construction of quality caskets.

A natural, environmentally sound choice for caskets, hardwood is strong, beautiful and shock-resistant. When families choose a hardwood casket, they are leaving a legacy for the next generation because wood is a renewable resource. Caskets undergo a 2-1/2-day, six-stage production process that ensures consistent quality through craftsmanship and attention to details.  After the casket is assembled, it is hand-rubbed with multiple coats of lacquer. Hardwood caskets are completed with a full-polished, hand-rubbed high gloss or satin finish. While all hardwood caskets can be cremated, we also offer a selection of hardwood caskets that are ideally suited for cremation.

Cremation Containers are made from cardboard, composite and solid wood components and are fully combustible. Some have no interior such as the cardboard alternative container.  Some have interiors and are suitable for family only viewing and others are suitable for public viewing.

Cremation Caskets are available in a wide variety of styles and prices and are suitable for services with a visitation, viewing or gathering held prior to the cremation.  They can be made of composite and solid wood components
